My very elderly parents have used Highways Express from King George's Hospital many times over the last 10 years. On Sunday 25th June 17 they thought they were being picked up by them but it turned out to be a rogue company that charged them £40 for a journey that normally costs £17! They paid and when I found out I rang Highways Express to complain. They advised that my parents weren't there when they arrived and had them as a no show. They investigated and despite them loosing the fare they have given my parents the money back as a gesture of good will and because all the drivers know and like my parents. well i used a lot of cabs but i had very nice journey from romford to rainham essex the driver knows where his going and very polite even i was a bit drunk on friday 3 oclock in morning he was driving salon car i think was black honda thank you for a nice ride home bryan
