Roma's hosted our corporate Christmas party and it. was. amazing! Janet and Helena made setting up the administrative side, upon booking, absolutely seamless, made sure all details were accounted for, and meeting her in person to discuss was nothing but pleasant! The days leading up the the event, all concerns or worries we had were answered and/or taken care of. The day of the event, the hall was set-up exactly how we pictured it. Our waitstaff, Val, Zenka, Lejic and Doreen hosted our event, just shy of 80 guests, for the whole evening. Outstanding is the only word that comes to mind to describe their service. The chefs, although I never got to see them, all of the food served was well prepared and delicious! :) I want to thank the entire Roma's staff for the their phenomenal hospitality! My daughter's Baby Shower was on October 27th and the staff from the first day I called to book the appointment to meet with Janet to the day of the Event have been so friendly, helpful and accommodating - the day of the Shower the staff was AMAZING - we made some last minute changes and the staff bent over backwards to help - I was very impressed - not to mention the food was excellent and the service was outstanding. The Baby Shower was successful and everyone was impressed with the food and service. About 11 years ago my other daughter had her wedding reception at Roma's and it was beautiful and again the food was excellent - Can't wait for our next event!!! More...

We just had our wedding reception on Saturday October 19th 2019 and all I can say is if you have not booked a venue as yet, Roma's is the best venue ever. When we viewed the place last year I fell in love with it and we booked it right away. The management and staff were so polite and professional. At our wedding they attended to us ever so often to make sure that our wedding reception was going fine. The food was amazing and the venue is gorgeous. All of our guests were in awe when they saw the venue all we could hear was they loved the venue and the decor was lovely. We just had our wedding reception at Roma's Hospitality Centre! From the beginning of the preparation, Roma's was the first and only venue we looked at. Absolutely stunning interior design. I recently hosted my bridal shower at Roma's and I cannot stress enough how amazing my experience was! Janet, Helena and their entire team conduct themselves with utmost professionalism and were super friendly and hospitable every step of the planning process. The food was simply delectable, and the venue is just exquisitely maintained. My entire party cannot stop raving about the venue and food! I am so incredibly happy with how perfect everything was and I'll remember this milestone forever, not only for what it represents for my fiance and I, but also because of the incredible experience I had with Janet and her team. Truly an amazing hall. We got to celebrate our baby s first bday there and the experience was just amazing. Very professional staff, they were helping us along the journey to ensure that the event is a success. It does show that they are used to hosting events. Not only do they provide the hall but they also provide us with different suggestions of people we can contact for entertainment, photography, videos, which makes the search much easier if you’re not familiar with such contacts,The staff was very helpful and professional. Roma has surpassed all my expectations! I was extremely impressed with how accomodating and professional everyone and everything thing was. From my first visit to book the event - to the follow up call after my event took place. Both Janet and Helena were extremely pleasent to work with - both these ladies go above and beyond to make sure your receiving the best SERVICE possible. The venue itself is absoleutly stunning - not much decor is even required to give you that WOW vision. From the moment you walk in your eyes are drawn to how amazing their walls and setup are displayed. The food was phenomenal - no complaints what's so ever. They were super accomodating with a dietry request we had for 1 of our guests who are unable to have any spices/seasonings with her meal due to health complications and Roma ensured and delivered her plate without any hiccups or complications. They definetly listen to your every request and deliver their service with phenomenal results. We recently had our wedding (April 2019) at Roma’s and were absolutely blown away by the customer service, professionalism, food, cleanliness, etc. My husband and I planned our wedding from Western Canada and throughout the entire process, Roma’s staff were so accommodating and understanding of every need. March 31,2019 We had the pleasure of having our daughter Julia's bridal Shower. From the first phone call to the several emails and calls until the day of the shower, Joseph, Janet and Helena were wonderful and professional individuals to work with. They understand the importance of ensuring things go smoothly. Food was delicious, we received many complements. The staff during the day were more than accommodating with the us and our guests. Overall, we are very happy to have hosted our wedding at Roma's.1. Decor - while Roma's is not located in the most picturesque place (industrial looking area), the building itself is well maintained and beautifully renovated. The hallway and room were clean and well kept. Bathrooms were clean too. We had a Christmas wedding and the holiday decor was tasteful. The table and chair set-up was done as we had discussed prior. Coat check was available at no cost, as was ample parking.We had the bigger room which fit our 150 guests with plenty of space to spare - you can easily fit at least 200-300 people there.The smaller room was also hosting a wedding but we did not hear or see the other party since the rooms and entrances are separate. The dance floor was more than enough for our guests.2. Food and Drink - the food and bar were good, however the food arrived over an hour later than scheduled which meant that appetizers had to hold people off for longer than planned. With that said, once the food arrived it was good. The tasting was also pricey, but the staff accommodated us and took our review to heart.3. Staff - we planned most of our wedding with Joseph, communicated with Janet, and also had the pleasure of meeting Albert the day-of - all staff were professional and accommodating. There were a few months after we booked the venue that communications were difficult, emails took weeks to get answered and calls weren't returned, however all issues and concerns were sorted out eventually. Prior to the wedding, Roma's helped us accommodate performers (dancers and musicians) that we were going to have at our wedding. On the day of the wedding, servers were polite and professional, and Joseph and Albert were attentive and easy to reach. Both gentlemen brought concerns to my attention and addressed issues appropriately throughout the evening - for this I was very thankful. All-in-all, I was happy that we decided to host our wedding at Roma's - I wouldn't have it any other way. More...

My favourite venue place the food is the best you will ever find, the service is superb the staff is courteous and professional and as for the owner Joseph he is amazing always on hand to answer any of your questions and is most helpful in any situation. I wish i could have function booked there every week thats how much i love it.

Lea and I are thankful to Joe, his staff Janet and Jennifer, Albert and their wait staff for taking care of every little detail throughout the process. They exhibited professionalism and patience every step of the way. The feedback from our party loved the experience, the venue, and service. Some guests even mentioned that it was the best salmon they ever tasted.

From the moment we saw Roma’s back in 2015 we knew we had found our reception venue. We had shopped around a bit and couldn’t settle on a place that had a good look with a promising menu and price. The beautiful roman inspired details along with the gold accents throughout the hall went perfectly with our colour theme. We chose to do our wedding on a Friday (July 7, 2017), which significantly reduced the price per person. We also chose the catered Portuguese menu (as my husband is half Portuguese) and we thought this would best suit everyone’s palette. The staff at Roma’s are extremely friendly and understanding, any request or question we had they were on top of it and willing to help in any way. They did not offer tastings of the menu before we booked but because the quality of food was so important to us, we couldn’t book without tasting the 4-course dinner. So, they told us to come in, try the dinner, pay for it and they would credit us the money if we decided to book, which we did! They never went back on their word and we did get our $150 back for the meal. After making our deposits we were not really in contact with the hall until maybe a month before the wedding. We mostly dealt with Carolyn & Janet up until our wedding day and they were very prompt and helpful. Literally anything I wanted or any change I wanted to make they were ready to try and give it to me. The servers were great although we had a lot of people who did not show up without any notice and some people moving tables they dealt with all of it accordingly. The food was AMAZING and trust me when I say that because we love food. The chicken was juicy, the pasta was perfectly al dente, and everything was just delicious. They also allowed us to choose something other than white for our table linens, which was an added bonus. Also, we requested that we set up the day before and they accommodated us. I also requested to have another room outside of the dining area to hide while guests came in (I wanted my entrance to be a surprise and therefore I did not participate in a receiving line) so they opened up their office and let me hide in there! I have been to quite a few reception venues where the meat was not as juicy and the service was horrible or the bartenders did not know how to make cocktails or simple drinks and Roma’s surpassed all of these issues which shouldn’t happen in the first place. This place is amazing, I am dying to go back and do my wedding all over again…maybe a baby shower in the future? Who knows but I want to thank everyone at Roma’s for the amazing effort on July 7, 2017 the most exciting day of our lives!
