Really disappointed in Rolling Dough. I posted in a third party app for a pizza chef/company needed for a private party. I was contacted by David Brill who seemed enthusiastic and eager to do our private pizza party. We had about a 25 minute chat on the phone where we talked details and left off the conversation on him getting back to me after he came back from a vacation in a week. Fast forward to about a month + later I still have not heard from either of the owners. I have tried emailing, calling, and leaving voicemails somewhere between 5-6 times with zero response. We hired Rolling Dough to cater a backyard-hosted, corporate event for about 100 people. They were wonderful to work with from the first inquiry. I really appreciate that they were extremely communicative through the entire process. They arrived promptly and were right to work. The service was absolutely lovely and our guests raved about the pizza. The team kept the serving table stocked and also took requests, all the time making sure that the hosts were happy with how everything was going. I hired Rolling Dough for a backyard birthday party attended by 50+ guests. The pizza was absolutely incredible,the flavor profiles were complex and delicious. The crowd (including many foodies) loved the pizza, and there was something for everybody. We had the charcuterie and salad option as well, and had left overs! Got three pizzas from this freaky fast pizza maker van. We tried the veggie +pepperoni, the cubano, and the Bob Atillo. <br><br>Veggie one was meh for me. Veggies were a bit crunchy for my taste but layer heavy so that's a plus.<br><br>Cubano is also good.<br><br>Bob Atillo is the best. The pulled pork and green sauce was a great combo. I believe one of the oddest things about food trucks is the ability to make high quality food in such a short amount of space. Especially pizza! My wife and I had downloaded the Truckster app and were on a hunt for some trucks. We ended up stumbling on Rolling Dough and decided to give it a try. We ended up ordering a custom pizza and their fried chicken and waffles pizza. Onto the food!<br><br>As always, we must first get the bad out of the way. The fried chicken and waffles pizza was extremely sweet. The chicken was well done, but it did not pair well with the overall dish. I believe it really had to do with how sweet the pizza was. A good change might be adding the syrup on the side so the buyer could implement their amount of syrup. Leveling out the sweetness at their choosing.<br><br>Besides this, the custom pizza I made was amazing! It had an amazing crunch, burnt edges and the toppings were fresh! Recently had this amazing Pizza truck cater an event at my home in the mountains. Â They drove an hour outside of Denver. Joe, David and Andy were professional and did an awesome job. Â Everything from the Bruschetta and garlic stick appetizers to the spring mix salad was fresh and plentiful. Â They showed up on time, set up and were ready to rock and roll as guests arrived. Â Andy even offered to shuttle guests up and down my driveway so they wouldn't have to walk! AMAZING customer service by all of them. Guests kept eating and eating and eating. Â The pizza was a totally fun experience with the variety to choose from. Â Not sure how many pizza's came out of their truck, but after 4 or more hours, everyone was full and happy!
