We are a team of people who share a passion for creating beautiful, elegant, bespoke, luxury handcrafted kitchens and interiors using traditional craftsmanship and a keen eye for quality and design.

We love the look and feel of real wood and the finish of hand painting together with beautiful, stylish accessories which give our kitchens and furniture that unique and exclusive quality.

We are passionate about our customers too and believe that everybody should be able to enjoy that touch of luxury, that reassuring feel of real wood, and the knowledge that every component has been lovingly produced in Great Britain by craftsmen skilled in traditional joinery techniques using natural and sustainable materials.

At R&B WOOD DESIGN we believe in preserving the heritage and traditions that produce exceptional quality bespoke handcrafted furniture, and with 20 years experience, our team of dedicated and highly skilled craftsmen are committed to producing exceptional quality wooden kitchens and interiors, designed exclusively to suit your personal taste and lifestyle.

Our kitchens are lovingly created from first principles, from the painstaking design and attention to detail, to the handcrafted cupboards made from real wood in our own workshop. We don’t use ‘off the shelf’ chipboard cupboards. To us, ‘bespoke’ means made completely to your specific requirements which means every kitchen is completely unique.

Our kitchens are meticulously hand crafted from kiln dried tulipwood for stability and strength. Our doors are mounted on robust butt hinges, which means no fussing with sagging doors needing constant adjustment, and our drawers are constructed using dovetail jointing and run on sturdy metal runners which allow full opening of the drawers.

Our hand painted kitchens are finished in a colour of your choice using quality finishes from paint suppliers such as Farrow & Ball, Little Greene and Dulux.

For a more traditional look, our range of reclaimed timber kitchens, finished with traditional hand waxing and buffed to produce a sheen finish add a touch of rustic elegance to any rural farmhouse or town cottage.

As our cupboards are manufactured in our own workshop, we provide a regular photographic update of progress so that you can watch your furniture being created!
