What do you love most about your job?
The thing I enjoy most about the services I provide is the feeling of having made a difference to those running their own organisations. Keeping things simple and focusing on the desired outcome allows energy to be invested in making progress rather than sweating the small stuff.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my own business as I enjoy helping people to achieve their potential.
I have worked hard to achieve formal qualifications in a number of specialisms. I have been fortunate enough to work in a diverse range of professional organisations for 25 years, learning what works well and what would be even better if........
