I am Rodney Gardner and I am a Mortgage & Protection Consultant with Personal Financial Solutions Ltd where we are representatives of a company called Openwork who are part of the Zurich Financial Group.

The Practice is authorised to advise on Mortgages from a comprehensive range from across the market [but not deals that you can only obtain by going direct to the lender] and Protection, and General Insurance. Also Pension and Investment products from a limited range of companies.

I am personally able to give advice and make recommendations on mortgages, protection, and insurance products. If you require advice on investment or pension needs, then I can refer you across to a suitably qualified adviser within the Practice.

We offer products from a limited number of insurers for life assurance, critical illness cover, income protection, buildings and contents insurance, and accident & sickness and unemployment insurance. We will advise and make a recommendation for you only after we have fully assessed your needs.

The Data Protection Act ensures that the information I collect from you is treated confidentially and lays out how it would be used. Our Practice Customer Charter lays out the level of service you can expect to receive from us initially and on an ongoing basis.

Openwork and all the products that we provide advice on are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and this information is confirmed on the FCA website. Openwork guarantees that if any advice I provide proves incorrect they will put this right.
