9-1-17Update its been approximately 4 months since I started with Rod twice a week. My I gained a tremendous amount of strength and muscle tone, I am looking cut up and shredded with very noticeable muscles. During this period I also went through a painful skin infection where my regular doctors couldn't help because their modern day pharmaceuticals weren't working. Rod gave me a precise diet and a few different supplements that were to be taken exactly as he asked for the full benefit. My condition had vastly improved in less than a week..Rod Steel the miracle man, many many thanks.7-1-17Working out with Rod has been over the past month has been a great experience. His workout technique is unlike any other I've tried and I've tried a lot. I've gained a tremendous amount of strength and I 've never felt better, not to mention looking better. Honestly the best decision I could have made ! Rod is funny and knowledgeable of fitness. His super slow workout has changed the way I see fitness for the better. He is super flexible and will adapt to your needs! It's so convenient to have him pull up to my house each week. I workout with Rod 3 times a week and I love getting to watch my self grow stronger. His gym is very clean, neat and perfect for personal training. He also helps with your nutrition and educates you on the benefit's of healthy eating. A month ago, I searched on the internet for a personal trainer to come to our home to work with my husband who has had Parkinson's Disease for about 18 years. I was pleased to find that Rod Steel would come to our home to work with him & amazed to find that he would bring a complete mobile gym with him! After I saw Rod's setup & heard his presentation, it was an easy decision for me to join my husband. We are one month into our workouts & we look forward to seeing Rod's truck pull up outside. He has the right balance of motivation & humor to make the sessions both challenging & fun. Rod is also very knowledgeable about nutrition & has given us some valuable guidance in that area. My wife and I both have been doing the "slow" workout sessions with Rod for the last two months.  I have definitely seen a change in the way my body has shaped up. I feel more energetic. I am not overweight. My goal was to build muscles, lose fat and at the same time maintain the weight.  All accomplished thru his program.  Love the nutrition ideas he gave us as part of his program. The best part is we don't have to go to a gym and deal with the crowd.  Just a perfect set up!!  Would definitely recommend to anyone serious about their health. More...

It's now been over 4 months and I'm more certain than ever that Rod was the right choice for us.  Over the years I've gone through many types of working out, from nationwide fitness centers, corporate gyms, home gyms, to free weights and P90x, and being trained by Rod's Mobile Fitness is making the biggest difference ever.  Thanks to Rod, at past 50 years old, I'm stronger, in better overall condition, and at my lightest weight in probably 20 years.  And without any of the post-workout pain or discomfort I thought was normal and required for strength training.  The "Super Slow" workout that Rod trains is remarkable.  There simply is never any of the impact or uncontrolled momentum that leads to discomfort and injuries.  Mountain biking is my favorite hobby and this strength training just 2 days a week for an hour has made a bigger difference on the trails than twice as many hours of riding.  For the first time in a pretty long time, my doctor is pleased with my blood tests. I started working out with Rod 10+ years ago. At that time I had a very stressful job, got home late, and for the most part just sat on the couch, trying to relax and get ready for the next day. Yeah, I could’ve gone to the gym and workout, the gym was just 5 minutes from my house, but … that never happened. Rod is a great trainer who really cares about you and your results. I wanted to get fit by exercising at my 24 hr Fitness -but no matter how hard I tried I couldn't get there and even when I did I found it very very difficult to do any kind of real exercising. I then hired Rod Steel. Knowing that Rod and his mobile gym will be at my door at a specific time 3 days a week made a huge difference in my commitment to become fit because he was at my door and I had to do it! and I did! If you're willing to let go of your preconceived notions of how to work out and how to best get results, and you're willing to do what you're told, then Rod is the best thing that could ever happen to you. I've only been working out with him for six weeks and I think I've made more progress than I've made any other time I've tried to work out before. He has the best method to get the most benefit for the least amount of effort - period. No gimmicks, no get fit quick, just the right way to work out. Been working out with Rod about three months now. As a long-time runner, I never gave much thought to weight training. After a run, I always wondered why I was so sore right after. I know running is hard on the joints, but I didn't think there was much I could do about it. Now I know I had it backwards. The muscle has to be strong around the joints. I was able to avoid back surgery because of Rod Steel's Mobile Fitness. About 3 months ago I started with my workout sessions. At the end of the first week I already felt an improvement with the sciatica pain which I was used to having everyday. I’ve got 5 herniated disks.Since then, I have been doing 3 sessions per week and the combination of stretching and weight lifting has not only made me cancel my already scheduled date for back surgery but has also given me confidence which I had lost a while ago - I had stopped working out since it would aggravate the pain each time. I am looking and feeling good again! Rod is an experienced personal trainer who understands that everyone is different and a formula that works for some clients will most certainly not work for others. Basically, it's a highly personalized program which I like to think of as the anti-"CrossFit". The mobile gym is clean, bright and airy. The equipment is new and team friendly.
