Ive been working with Rory for the last 18 months. Having lost a substantial amount of weight I needed to get to some level of fitness and work on my body shape. Rory has made a huge difference to my overall body shape and My overall fitness level. I’m even doing a bit of running. I have problems with my lower back for over20 years and I normally had to go for physio every couple of weeks and it was very expensive. I have been going to Rory for the past two years for stretching and conditioning once a week and haven’t looked back.I am now fitter, healthier and can enjoy my golf and gardening. Rory is a world class personal trainer and motivates me to push myself far beyond what I thought possible. He has many many years experience training professional athletes to olympian standards. The gym itself is state of the art and its intimate size is perfect for one-on-one sessions or small groups. I've been feeling like an absolute champ since I started my weekly sessions. I have been attending ROD Fitness for the last 3 yrs on a weekly basis. Rory works with me on cardiovascular exercises and is great to train with on a 1 to 1 basis. I have being going to ROD fitness now for the last few months and finding it very good, Rory is very professional and very flexible with times as I am a shift workers he fits me in at different time, I would highly recommend him as a fitness instructor
