This is definitely my favorite food truck in town! They are at One Wells Fargo every Wednesday lunch, Catawba Brewing Co every Thursday night, & often at other breweries and food truck Fridays that are easy to find! The BBQ is moist, the mac & cheese is absolutely delicious, & they do specials like tacos/nachos in the summer or brisket chili/vegetarian soups in the fall & winter. I have also had them cater work or private events with heavy appetizers or anything I request from group of 40 to 400! They have always been easy to work with & I always love supporting local folks! Love their yummy veggie sides. It's unusual for a bbq joint to have vegetarian options! The traditional mac and cheese and the green beans (they're pork free! ) are the best! If I could leave 6 Stars I would. Rocky Top recently catered our wedding and we couldn't have been happier. Very professional and very easy to work with. All our guests loved the food and are still raving about the jalapeño mac and cheese and delicious hog! They were very helpful and happy to show our guests their hog and made the catering part of our wedding amazing. If they can do this well with a wedding I assume all of their events must be great. Great experience with everyone we dealt with. We had Rocky Top BBQ cater a 50 person party at our house. Jonathan's communication was fast and accurate. Nikki and Steve we're super friendly and professional. The food was amazing, everyone at the party was blown away!!! Great Job everyone.
