What do you love most about your job?
Coaching is my passion and I love working with my clients to discover their passion and true potential in a way that is enlightening, enjoyable and sustainable. I am a certified coach with over 10 years’ experience working as a trusted advisor and consultant to global financial services firms. I love meeting new people, travelling and working on my personal development goals. I very much enjoy talking about personal development and the attainment of true happiness.
I love helping my clients to realise their full potential then help them to smash through their inner blocks to get to what they really want.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working in the corporate world (particularly banking) for all of my career, I have seen great people work hard putting in long hours while juggling large workloads. I’ve also seen leadership candidates promoted to senior roles without the appropriate transition coaching, making the process overwhelming at times. The crushing weight of stress and anxiety surrounding work when topped off by conflict with management or colleagues can have a negative impact on people. This means that going into work can sometimes feel unpleasant, to put it mildly. These issues may also stem from home life, as I've seen on many occasions.
I've always listened and been able to help some with their key issues. Several of those people asked if I was a coach on multiple occasions. After years of working with senior executives as a communication expert, I discovered that I could help people and empower them to make great changes in their lives for the better. I set up my business officially in 2015 and I haven't looked back since. I'm inspired every day by the amazing women and men I coach and have been astonished by the major transformations they have made in their lives. I love what I do.
