My wife and I met Bonnie Blue at church and as we got to know her, we were eventually invited to her home where are we were amazed and impressed with all the artwork that she had done over the years and this was in 2004. Ever wonder what the perfect gift favor for guest to your wedding, large party or function is? Last year with the help of Elizabeth Chesser for Heather Hoffman Trejo's wedding, Jeanne Cabeceiras Hoffman and I gave caricature rocks by Houston artist, Bonnie Blue. It was a little more expensive than most favors and a little time consuming to gather the info needed but it was a great gift. When I visit our guests a year later, I see their rocks proudly displayed various places in their homes. On a piano, a mantle or even a decorative basket. Bonnie is a wonderful person and artist. Bonnie painted my Emmilou after she died and it hangs in my office. It is so perfect there are times she looks like she is going to bark.
