Rock-It Productions was recommended to us by the venue we chose for our wedding,The Greystone. Being the easy/ laid back couple we are we just decided to go with them. Booking with them was super easy and at a reasonable rate. The night of our wedding John was our DJ..let’s just say we didn’t get off of the dance floor all night!!! We weren’t worried about having certain songs played throughout the night so we asked John to play what he suggests, whatever your normal wedding reception music consist of. Had our wedding last weekend at the Nottoway Plantation. JJ was an amazing DJ and had everything set to go ahead of schedule. Was helpful ahead of time before the wedding and we had everything perfect for our music selections. Highly suggest reserving for any event. All of our family was coming from the north and JJ wisely suggested doing the second line which was probably one of the biggest hits during the reception for all of the guests. 10 Star rating. We had attended a big oil and gas company's Christmas party when we first experienced DJ John Lejeune. He did an amazing job and had the crowd on the dance floor the entire time and right then we knew we had our DJ for our wedding. Fast forward a year and a half later and he did not disappoint. His software was easy to use, we had a few special requests that he made sure we had played. He was very organized and made sure everything went well and with the flow. We had at least half of our guest come up and say he was the best DJ they had ever heard at a wedding. We could not of been happier with how professional he was, and how great he was at what he does, intro, music, lighting, everything was great. 10/10 recommend Rock-it for both DJ and Photobooth services! From day one they were nothing but helpful! Our DJ was JayJay and honestly I can not say enough about him. Chris made the trek all the way out to Desert Plantation in Woodville, Ms for our wedding. He did an awesome job and played the songs we requested including our first dance song which didn't show up on their original list, but he made sure to get it before coming way out to the country with almost no service! ! He did a nice mixture of some old school and new school songs so everyone had a little bit of what they liked. Chris was very polite, he doubled checked everything with us and took request. I would definitely recommend Rock-it productions again. The whole staff was a pleasure to work with and accommodated everything we asked of them. Wow! Rock-It was great from the first time we contacted them until the event and even after. Chris was our DJ and he did AWESOME at our law school ball. If you want your guests to have a good time, then I'm sure all of their DJs do a great job. Raven was awesome to work with as well. Just over-all, great customer service, and great performance. Although it wasn't a wedding, it was a nicer, formal ball and DJ Chris made sure everyone was on the dance floor, people could not stop raving about how great the music was! Music sets the mood for an event. Well... J.J. Richardson was our DJ and he created an awesome experience for our daughter's wedding. The dance floor was never without a crowd of friends and family having a great time. JJ kept the beat and made sure that no one would leave disappointed. Rock-It Productions event portal made it easy for us to provide specifics on the wedding, dances, names of guests, etc. You have the ability to list specific songs you want played, and also songs to keep out. We used Rock-It for our wedding reception. Jesse was our DJ. He did an amazing job. Very professional. The online client portal rock-it uses for you to request songs and put in your reception timeline is SO helpful. They have song lists you can add to your requested music. We used this tool and then Jesse called me to confirm everything for the big day. He did a great job and I was very happy with our reception. It was pretty wild towards the end, but the BEST time. Great experience using Rock-it! We chose the dj and photo booth option. All went very well. Guest had a ton of fun and that was our ultimate goal. Raven helped us with all the behind the scene booking and that girl is a go getter! She was on any questions I had and wrote me back instantly. They followed up/solidified plans a couple of days before the wedding also to make sure my plans went on without issues. This was a big stress relief because I knew I'd get what I asked for.
