Follow them on Instagram, catch them at a location, and see for yourself. The creativity, quality, and integrity of the food not only exceeds all food trucks standards, but a lot of restaurants too! And it's actually quite affordable - in general but definitely for what it is. Hellasausage is what I can't pass every time I catch the Rock Creek Food Company truck. Their vegetables are always fresh, seasonal and different too. The guys work with local farms and small producers and that makes a difference.
