Robin is the consummate professional when it comes to his wedding photography. He captured our wedding day on the beach perfectly. His friendly and relaxed nature put us at ease and nothing felt staged on the day. Making a decision on a wedding photographer is hard. We found several before we find Robin. Yet something just clicked with Robin when we chatted to him. We met Robin pre wedding and showed him around our church and reception venue, albeit a field! We had tipis for our reception! Robin listened to our thoughts and offered advice in how/when to take the “posed” pictures. We really wanted a photographer to blend in to our guests without being to intrusive. Robin did just that. We hardly noticed him, yet when we look back at our pictures we were amazed at the standard. Our friends/family also stated how brilliant they thought he was. My wife and I found Robin and his work and were incredibly impressed with the images he created. From the moment we met Robin we felt at ease, he gave us advice on shots we could have around the church and our reception venue. Our wish to have unposed photos was heard and the final results are outstanding. Robin worked solidly from 10am through to the last dance at the reception. Robin was fantastic. We didn't want to spend ages posing for photos and missing out on our wedding day. All group shots were carried out quickly and efficiently, leaving us time to enjoy our day. Most of the time I barely new he was there and yet he managed to capture some very special moments and things that I didn't even know were happening. Robin recently photographed our wedding at Sopley Mill. From the first time we spoke, Robin was professional, yet approachable, really listening to what we wanted! We didn't want a load of posed photos, but pictures which captured natural moments and emotions. Having had our engagement shoot on Dartmoor, which produced some outstanding pictures really demonstrating Robin's artistic eye, it really put us both at ease on the day.
