Roberta Sabbatini - Events with an Italian Touch

The Casa Roberta team provided planning, catering, service and decor services for my Mum’s 60th birthday party that we hosted at our home. They were amazing and we highly recommend them!
We enquires with a few companies about our event and it was Roberta’s passion for food, obvious credibility and positive energy that immediately drew us to her.
We planned the look and feel of the party together, crafted a memorable menu that included favourite’s from my mum’s trips to Italy, and went over everything in detail to identify what we needed for a successful party.

As well as the full catering, Roberta helped us with crockery / glassware hire, balloon arch decorations and flower centrepieces. It made a huge difference having one person who wore so many hats and was able to support every aspect of our party.

The party itself was amazing. The decorations were incredible and the tables looked beautiful. The service was attentive and understated. The food was truly exceptional - fresh, authentic, made with love, presented beautifully - all of our guests were blown away!

Roberta planned our three day wedding in Ponza, Italy and my husband and I can't recommend her highly enough. She was a consummate professional and highly organised, seamlessly managing every element of the wedding celebration from start to finish and ensuring everything ran smoothly. She easily managed multiple suppliers, hotels, events, caterers and entrainment providers - she was simple incredible. Added bonus - she is a florist so all the flowers and styling was incredible. Roberta did the flowers for my wedding. She is absolutely amazing. Our venue was being VERY difficult about access/deliveries - but she approached every obstacle with a fantastic and positive attitude, and together we were able to sort everything out. She moved her diary around (on the week of) to change delivery dates, and she never complained once about all the extra effort the venue was asking for. We would highly recommend her to anyone getting married or putting on an event - she is extremely dedicated to her clients, and her work speaks for itself. My partner's mum cried when she saw the flowers. They were stunning, and exactly what my partner pictured when she was describing what she wanted. There are so many florists out there to choose from however I found Roberta patient attentive and knowledgable! I have yet to speak to her and have not met It was all carried out in email and whassap. ! Roberta also put together bouquets for the bridesmaids, button holes for Matt and his ushers, corsages, arrangements on stands, wrapped columns outside the church, an arrangement above the entrance, altar rail decorations and pew ends. I had a great experience having Roberta help organised my 40th birthday party. From our first meeting, she understood what theme I wanted and was very professional. Roberta assisted me in drawing up a party plan which incorporated my budget. She helped source the best venue, dealing with the DJ and all the suppliers according to the budget needs and advising me at every point, she even coordinated in the evening of the event until the very end.
