What do you love most about your job?
The look of thanks on clients faces when they realize the emotional inner bully has been defeated...by themselves (with a little guidance from me.)
I wish more people would understand we all have the potential to be and do anything we wish, all I do is help people see the potential we are all born with.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had worked for myself many years ago and then went into the corporate sector as a coach full time. I worked for the Virgin group with senior managers, frontline staff and generally anyone who felt a lack of direction/confidence. But it got taken over by venture capitalists and things started to change, in my opinion for the worse, so I went freelance and here I am again sticking to my own values by helping others become what they currently feel is not attainable.

There are certain underlying factors we humans have that, for the most part, go unnoticed in many areas of our lives. This boils down to the unconscious being "overprotective." I know from many years in this area how to reduce the amount of negative protection, the sort which holds us back rather than moves us forward.
I see every client as unique and full of potential, they sometimes have difficulty believing that to be true. Just because you do not have the confidence or maybe suffer from high levels of anxiety, it does not equate to not having that potential, it simply means you have yet to find and tap into it.
