There is nothing like seeing a client gain confidence and take steps to move forward.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I realized that something was missing in my tech job and wanted a career that would give me the satisfaction of helping people.
Why should our clients choose you?
I work to provide an accepting and respectful environment where my clients can feel comfortable talking about uncomfortable issues. My therapy process is strength-based. Rather than focusing on what isn't working, I help you focus on and do more of what is. I work with you to clarify where you are, where you want to go, and what is holding you back. I don't believe therapy needs to go on forever -- when you reach your goals, it's time to move on from therapy.
