HIGHLY recommend this. Very tough, always very sore afterward (make sure to stretch on your own after each class, please!), but only 25 minutes so it goes by quickly . One of the few classes I don't dread because I know it'll be over soon. Awesome!! More...

I attended this class at the Union Square location for the first time 3 weeks ago -- it was intense, sweaty, and high energy, but at the same time, looking around the room during my first class what struck me was the diversity of the group. Robert's welcoming, "you can do it" attitude draws everyone in, from 20-something girls to ladies in their 40's and 50's, the fit and not at all fit. In other words, the class works for those who are used to working out and need a boost to get to a new fitness goal, AND for those who perhaps haven't worked out all winter, or in several years. Â Beyond this, after 4 classes I really noticed a difference in my endurance levels for other sports, as well as general toning (I've never had such sore back and arms the day after a workout!)
