I got my puppy here they have a nice package and referred us to a great vet. But be careful the price goes up quickly with the chip and tax our dog was 900 and we walked out spending 1300$ but if you make an appointment online you get 100$ off. She was originally 12 we got her down to a thousand and then menchined the coupon and they honored it. I would recommend getting an older puppy. Incredible experience. We had just lost our 11 year old beagle and wanted a cavapoo puppy. The Puppy Store had just gotten one in. We went there and fell in love with the pup right away. Rob and Kim were fantastic. They were so patient and helpful. When we picked "Chloe" up Rob spent the better part of an hour going over every little detail for starting out. Purchasing supplies was pressure free. After getting Chloe home we were having some anxious moments, so I called Rob. He helped us himself and then had his trainer call us for additional assistance. We had a wonderful experience with The Puppy Store. After months of doing research, Rob and Kim helped me find my dream puppy. I wanted a very specific hypoallergenic, tan-colored dog. We have three children at home, and we've never had a pet in the house before. Kim was very kind and patient with me over the phone. She answered all of my questions and calmed a lot of my anxiety. Once we found our puppy (who is a beautiful Shitzu/poodle), the entire experience at The Puppy Store was a very smooth operation. Rob also took a great amount of time with me over the phone and in person to explain how things would work once we brought her home. Rob is a puppy expert. He spent over an hour with my husband and I teaching us how to train her. Rob took good care of her, and held on to her for us until Christmas Eve night. At that point, I was able to pick up my puppy and pull off the most amazing Christmas surprise of all time! Rob even called the day after Christmas to check in on the puppy, and to ask us if we had any questions. On a whole, we had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The puppy is happy, beautiful, and healthy. She has adjusted nicely to our daily routine in our home. We purchased our puppy from The Puppy Store five years ago on Christmas Eve. It was the best decision we ever made! Our maltipoo poo immediately became a member of our family! From the start he was healthy and affectionate. He has the best temperament of any dog we ever owned. The owners were extremely personable and very knowledgeable and I wouldn't buy a puppy anywhere else. They take excellent care of their puppies and we come back all the time to have our dog groomed. My wife and I purchased our little Morkie Pup Rocky from the The Puppy Store in Merrick! A wonderful experience to sum it up!
