Enjoyment is key, so I try to make the training sessions as fun as possible. I'll also help you with creating a good weekly routine, structure to your programme, variety in the training, and the most effective type of training to get to your goals and then for you to stay at that level without it being a continuous struggle.
Your mind set is key, and I will help you get into the right frame of mind so you continue all the way to your end goal.

Self control (and I will help you with that!), variety to keep you mentally stimulated and your body guessing, a good routine and consistency are all key which is why we will be focusing on them!
Depending on your goals, usually we will be lifting plenty of weights alongside lots of raised heart rate routines adapted to you as an individual.

I love seeing people feel great about getting towards their goals. It's really rewarding for a trainer when someone comes along who hasn't really exercised much in the past, and then not long after they have got into a good routine, where they don't want to be away from a good healthy way of living again with a new exercise routine and healthy eating.

You have to choose the trainer that you feel suits you best, as you are both on a journey together! Over the 15 years I've been a personal trainer, I have trained hundreds of people of all different abilities, and I've learnt over time what really works for each individual. I have had some clients for over 10 years.

Most people that come to me for help want to lose body fat, that is where I have had most success. I have also helped people with their running conditioning, muscle tone and muscle gain, general fitness, strength work, core stability, flexibility, preparing for an event.............
