I had no heating and no hot water in my house.I called Rob's Decorators and Vojtec came the same day to check what is wrong with the boiler. I had a bad experience with another builder so when Rob's Decorators came to try and help they had a bit of a mess to try and fix. Understandably I was reticent to completely trust these guys. Really pleased to say that I had no reason to be concerned. From the moment they came in they completely took one look and set a plan in place to put things right. I was put at ease straight away. From the quote to the execution I had no cause for complaint and all the way through I was consulted to ensure that I happy with the progress. I have employed Rob's Decorators twice. First job was to paint and plaster all of our bedrooms and bathrooms, the second job was to paint some custom made ward robes. We were really happy with both jobs. The team are tidy, professional and efficient and finished the jobs to a high standard. Vojtec has recently finished redecorating the whole of our two bedroom flat. We were hugely impressed with the quality of work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
We lived in the property while the work was done and he made it as easy as possible for us. He was clean and tidy and also proactive - identifying and helping us with additional jobs and issues that arose along the way.

I hired Rob's Decorators for a relatively small job but that could have turned a nightmare because I had to be overseas while it took place and an IKEA delivery would have to be received in order to finish it.
Fortunately, they kept very good contact through email, were extremely good at receiving instructions and informations, and were beyond flexible about my needs. I was throughout impressed by how smooth the whole thing went, and I'm extremely pleased with the outcome! I have passed their contacts on to my friends, since I find it rare to find contractors that can have such a good communication and make everything run so well.
