101Loan was wonderful to work with. They helped us from start to finish. Rob, Danielle, and Renee are mortgage experts who are professional and extremely knowledgeable?
They answered our questions timely and assured that we got a low rate from a great lender. They wrote a strong, impressive pre-qualification letter. Rob called the sellers agent to assure her that we were qualified buyers and he would process the loan quickly. Even though we didn't have the highest bid we got the house because the sellers knew we were very qualified. I would definitely recommend this team to friends and family.

The staff here is unreal! We initially met with Rob and he spent over 2 hours going through all the details of a loan. From that meeting, we knew it would be a good fit. Not only is Rob awesome, but his staff is extremely responsive and helpful. At one point, we were trapped in a snow storm in Tahoe trying to scan documents and Renee talked us through it and was able to confirm everything was successfully received before we left. We always felt like we were in good hands - but more importantly, we closed on our loan in record time!! The speed and ability of our lender was one of our selling points and one of the reasons we were able to get our house... despite 20 total offers!! Rob at 101 Loan is awesome!! This was confirmed again in a recent difficult situation with a property not meeting value on the appraisal. Rob and crew stepped up in a big way and made it happen. The buyers really could have lost the property, but Rob and Renee's persistence and expertise and dealing with the situation saved the day. Besides that, they've got access to so many different sources for their loans, that the rates are super competitive. I was blessed to have met this team through a client of mine who was buying a property. As a realtor, it is important to have a lender that is honest about expectations but then over performs. Because at the end of the day, a great lender will make me look like a God. Not to mention, and probably most importantly this team takes care of my clients.
