Great workouts, targets what you want to do with a different workout each time, even if some of them hurt no pain no gain. Would recommend Rob without any worries what so ever. More...

Well planned out training sessions. Rob got us back into keeping fit. Moby's Flowers still makes my legs shake with fear.

Joined Rob's class in June 2018, was nervous to start with but Rob was great, lets you take things in your own time and won't push you further than you can go. Highly recommended for all

Rob helped me (PT) in the last 6 weeks lead up to getting married, what an amazing job he did, not only was I a lot smaller but my confident grew. I have also attended his group classes and very much enjoyed them. He pushes you even if you think you can’t go on Rob knows when to push at the right time to get the best out of you. More...

Having attended Rob's classes for the last 6 months, I can say first hand, what an excellent trainer he is. When I first signed up, I was nervous, but I was eased in gently and over time, my fitness levels have improved dramatically. Great trainer and a great guy.

Q&As

Friendly support to help keep you on track when things get tough both inside and out of the gym

Consistency is key, however we all stray from the path now and again. Not beating yourself up and getting straight back to it is a must

Helping people achieve things they didn't think they'd be capable of, whether that's lifting a certain amount of weight or getting their waist size down to their target. Nothing beats it

Helping others is a huge motivation for me, by working for myself I can help people at a time that suits them and myself. Something thats not always feasible in a "normal" gym environment

I care deeply about getting my clients to their goals in a time frame that best suits them (quickly is great but its not always practical or sustainable)
