Hey there Roadhouse Catering, I just wanted to say thank you. I'm currently the makeup department head on a new show and I just wanted to say how much I appreciate the meals you've been preparing. I've been vegan for seven years, and it can be difficult to eat right on some shows. I've worked on much bigger shows and films that just serve tons of meat, or unhealthy foods. Often there's vegan food but usually just at the salad bar, plus dried up rice, or vegetables soaking in oil and overcooked. I really appreciate that you guys create a lot of delicious options for vegans (not just vegetarians or meat eaters), including creative options like vegan chili, roasted tofu, cauliflower tacos, and that you cook things well, and from scratch! It's obvious you care. Especially in the film industry where we use so much gas, electricity, and make so much garbage, you guys preparing plant based foods is helping the environment, and you're making it possible for many other crew people to try delicious, healthy food they haven't tried before.
