Took 13 months to deliver the wedding video and photos, after a lot of chasing. Terrible customer service. No response to calls/emails/whatsapp for weeks and when eventually do respond, it is just yet another excuse or an empty promise which is not delivered upon.

I attempted to address the various issues in correspondence with Royal Media (aka Theophilus Chinembiri) on the video. But with little to no response after months of nothing, we gave up and asked for them to send us what they had done. Not because we were happy with it but wanted to actually receive the photos and video of the wedding day, rather than risk having nothing.

No apology ever received, nor was any responsibility taken. Due to this I can only assume believe this is the normal method of operating and treating their clients.

Avoid using Royal Media for video editing as they were unable to deliver a good end product. The photos were good but put in context to all the negatives dealing with Royal media, I would recommend for others to use literally anyone else. More...
