I've had Rich as my PT for around 2 years now and he is awesome! He is incredibly professional and has helped me completely transform my body, and self-esteem, both with tailored training plans and really good nutritional advice. Rich really knows how to motivate people and has given me so much confidence in my abilities. He's a trainer that doesn't just focus on physical fitness. He focuses on everything - physical fitness, and mental wellbeing. I wouldn't trust anyone else! More...

Rich tailors workouts to fit your needs, he pushes you to reach what is achievable without shouting etc. His clients have a variety of ages, fitness levels and abilities. It is a comfortable gym to step into and I can not recommend him highly enough. More...

Training with Rich is about more than the time spent at his gym, it's about the setting of achievable goals, the time he spends looking at your diet and the motivation he gives you by keeping in touch regularly to see how you're getting on. I've been using Rich once a week for nearly two years now. He has taught me a huge amount about nutrition and eating well and healthily, and he is firmly against calorie counting and adding up points. His philosophy is all about eating the correct, natural foods such as lean meat, fish and vegetables but at the same time not to deny yourself the odd pizza and glass of wine now and then. In terms of fitness, Rich has changed my body shape and improved my core strength using a series of exercises with just your body and the floor as equipment, so there is no excuse not to do it yourself at home! His knowledge about fitness, exercise and nutrition is vast, as is his ability to motivate and encourage. More...
