I worked with Rachel in June 2019 on my wedding of around ~50. I hired her as a day-of event coordinator though I handled most of the advance planning myself. I can't speak highly enough of her professionalism, punctuality, and quality of work. She provided me with absolutely everything I asked and the frequency of communication she was able to provide me in advance via e-mail, in phone, and in person was stellar. Rachel is professional, punctual, hard working, and really cares about your wedding and your vision. She is extremely talented and is one of the few professionals in the area that offers an "a la carte" style menu of wedding planning/coordinating options and will cater it to exactly what you're looking for - you end up paying for exactly what you want and none of the extras you don't want. She was SO helpful throughout the entire process (asking questions that never would have even crossed my mind!) and my wedding day went off without a hitch and her help allowed me to truly enjoy every second of it without having to worry! I hired Rachel as a day-of event coordinator for my wedding of ~50 people in June 2019. I'm so glad I chose her! I felt like I was working with a real human who genuinely loved weddings and wanted me to enjoy mine. She was professional and punctual throughout the entire process, and the day-of did EVERYTHING she could to make it flawless, even though I tried to pitch in here and there. I loved working with Rachel! Leading up to our wedding, she offered good specific advice and asked all the right questions about things we didn't even think of. She was kind, personable, easy to work with, and helped keep me calm! On the day of, everything went so smoothly.
