Please no one use this company as they had my son's ps4 for over a week phoning him every other day giving bad excuses why they couldn't fix it then today they told him its unrepairable that he must have dropped it all they had to do was change the HDMI port

I bought a new BM900 series retro microphone from gearbest based in the Netherlands ,it took twenty days to arrive and did`nt work although it was brand new . Not wanting to pay return p&p plus waiting at least another twenty days I took it to R & L. last Tuesday 13/10. asking them to check it out as it just was`nt working. Thursday morning 15/10, I got a call asking if I had taken it anywhere else for repair, No was my answer it`s just as it arrived. They found one screw had gone through some cables,the on/off switch was wired back to front and when the head was swivelled it pulled some wiring out of their contacts ! So it would never work in a million years ,they rewired it ,tested it and it was working perfectly and was ready for collection then and all for a total £18.00 .Marvellous service thank you R & L . if you want further prof check out my facebook and see it in use ! I have only just discovered this place, and I am so happy!! The staff are great, very friendly with great advice, and the service I have received is excellent and is very good value for money. For example, I sent my Samsung Galaxy 10 tablet off to Samsung to get repaired as there was a bit of headphone stuck in the headphone socket and there was no sound. Samsung quoted £92 RL Supplies done it for £15

recently not known quite what I wanted for my small business. I've been going to RL Supplies for little bits and pieces for a few years but more than ever I was lucky enough for Paulo to pick up the phone. He was very understanding and extremely helpful in asking the right questions and advising what would be best. my name is jose garcia... and i am so impressed with RL supplies........Paul one of the main engineer specialize in gaming computers. ..........and normal computers are a joke to repair........i had such a good service and repair of my gaming computer that i tipped paul.....so cheap....sooo efficient......he told me of problerms i didnt know........this is the 3-4 company i used in watford..........i cant recommend anybody better.....even the boss of the company is a nice guy........ i saved hundreds.........of pounds if you want a nice gaming rig or a laptop repaired....or an office computer........call them......if it is local they will pick and return the computer for free.......i wish i met them before.......and i am not an employee...or paid by them at all....i gave a tip to the engineer cos the price was so low.....and the problems sooo big...........trust me.......i tried 3-4 companies with super smart sites.......all a rip off....nice logo....means expensive service........i will not use any other company ever........Remember ...paul and his boss.....honest people....good prices...very good prices....and excellent service.......my honest opinion......jose garcia More...

My sons iPhone screen was badly damaged. I brought the phone in at 11 am and at 12:30pm they phoned to say it was ready. I brought the phone home, put the chip back in however the phone was disabled. I rang them back up and they were able to talk me through what to do without losing my sons data. So impressed with the service received and the price paid. Very helpful staff as well. More...

When I phoned to make enquires the person who answered the phone was very helpful as was the lady who checked in the repair. Sent my cracked screen iPhone on the recommendation of another company. Got the phone back in about 4 hours. Surprised that the charge was cheap and as per the price I was quoted over the phone so I gave them another phone to fix. I took my Apple notebook for repairs to this company. I had been told by many that it was time to throw away the machine and invest in a new one. Paul at RL Supplies, not only advised me against throwing away the machine but said that he could make it work better then it had for a long time. He was true to his word.I needed my computer and when The repairs took longer than anticipated, he stayed overnight on. Saturday and worked on Sunday to finish the job.I was extremely impressed.
