At Rixton Dog School, we believe all dogs should have the best possible start they can in training and socialisation and that’s why our classes are run by fully qualified and experienced behaviourists. By training with members of the COAPE Association of Pet Behaviourists and Trainers (CAPBT) you’re putting your dogs education in the hands of people who are qualified to some of the highest standards that are available in the UK.

Mithered little Ivy to pieces but she was more interested in chicken than him !
Got loads of advice, learnt such alot.

I have taken my German Shepherd puppy to the training classes now for six weeks
I cannot speak to highly of this lady
At first I thought I knew about being a dog owner
With this lady's help I now understand how my beloved dog thinks and how I should act .
I will admit at first I found it hard but as they say
Practice makes perfect
If you have a pup with a problem
Or a dog that says no
Please give this lady a try
My arms are now back in their sockets
And my dog walks with my
If this lady charged five times more it would still be worth every penny

Fabulous training school, Debra is amazing full of great idea and different ways to help you and your dog learn.
I took my dog to her as she became scared off other dogs and after doing 1:1 then on to bronze, silver and gold classes sparkle has now found the confidence to play with other dog as well as lots more tricks and manners.

I can’t recommend Debra highly enough. My boy has completed the puppy foundation course and is now working towards his Bronze award. Debra has a fantastic understanding of dogs and the differences in behaviour between breeds. She studies your dog carefully and will adjust training practices and give tips for what your dog will best respond to. I thought I had a good understanding of dog behaviour but I have learned so much in her classes. My Bowie absolutely adores her and as far as I’m concerned you can always trust a dogs judgement. Exceptional dog training school I have just completed the puppy foundation course with my Staffordshire bull terrier Debra the trainer was very professional and even taking the time to help me iron out behaviours outside of the course after class. Unlike other dog training schools I was welcomed at Rixton dog school even though I have a bull breed. I would highly recommend this school to anyone and have already booked on to do the kennel club bronze award. More...
