I mostly take my equipment and supplies except when clients prefer their equipment and supplies. Sometimes, I find that some clients prefer their own specific equipment and supplies because of their experience of using these equipment and supplies and sometimes some just go with the flow of the equipment and supplies they know and have been used to. However, when I'm at a client's especially the new client and they see my equipment and supplies especially the oven cleaning ones such as Oven Pride and/or the Elbow Spray and/or the and/or the extendable micro fibre mop cleaner instead of a conventional mob, they immediately feel interested because the products feel unknown , different and effective looking. I then do a trial run on a part of where the equipment and supplies are intended for and this way, some clients are persuaded to use my equipment and supplies too.

What I love about cleaning is that I can transform a dirty and messy spot into a bright and shinning one in a matter of minutes that will keep the clients happy, very appreciative, and almost always in disbelief. This always builds a rapport, relationship and support between the client and myself which is the pride I take from the job.

Since cleaning is like second nature to me, the earning money for a job that doesn't feel like work is the gift that keeps on giving, so having my business which will give me full control was a given.
I've always found it difficult to be around an unclean place without a strong urge to get down to the business of cleaning the place hence the initial volunteering in church before I was taken on professionally and the same with my family when I go around to their place or work place. With my cousin's restaurant, I found all these equipment and supplies such as the Oven Pride for oven, Elbow Spray for oven , sanitizers for worktops, tables and chairs , extendable micro fibre mops for the floor, Flash All Purpose for sinks, bathroom, Glass Cleaners for windows and glass, Upholstery Polish for high chair, till and metal areas very useful learning tool. I had known and used these .equipment and supplies while I was employed.
I also find cleaning to be therapeutic and a time to get into my own space and do a lot of mind clearing and planning be it to do with work or personal.

I am the heart and soul of this business. I do the job as if my life depended on it. It's a natural way of being now. It helps my friends and families and I've managed to always exceed clients' expectation of the outcome of the cleaning .
I'm amicable, ambitious and adaptable to most cleaning working conditions. I work well in a relaxed but then as well under pressure and respond well to clients' needs and requirements for their cleaning as the clients are ultimately who I am working for.
I have over 20 years of cleaning experience all together whether it be my own cleaning around my house, cleaning for friends and families and the cleaning professionally which started over a year ago added to it.
