We have a fully lined marquee in 6 acres of grounds. Capacity is currently up to 450 guests.
The venue comes with hard flooring and carpeting. A stage. Tables and chairs.
Chandelier lighting. A Pagoda entrance with a red carpet.
Luxury toilets, on site free parking and grounds near the river for photography.

Saf provided an amazing blank canvas allowing us to create our own completely unique wedding. It was fantastic. He was on hand constantly to assist with any issues that we encountered. The venue is absolutely gorgeous.

After a local venue pulled out due to unforeseen circumstances, I was left pulling my hair out looking for a venue that could accommodate for 600 people! Luckily a family friend who had used Riverview in the past had pointed them out to me. After a quick venue visit and discussion to outline my needs and requirements, a date was quickly finalised and that was that.They let us bring our own caterers in, while we used their marquee (which was nicer than the first one we were thinking of having) had white doves and great entertainment for the night.Excellent service, Nav and Tanj are great guys to work with and were very helpful. I had basically everyone congratulating me on a great wedding which im grateful for, and of course I really do thank the guys at Riverview for their help.Would definitely recommend it, cannot say a bad thing against them! Just tried to write a review and it did not go through, so I will keep this one brief, sorry guys!Great serviceGot an emergency date in with Riverview as my previous supplier pulled out last minuteVery helpfulAllowed us to bring our own services where needed, so our caterers were allowed in on the same contract which meant we didn't lose our money! White doves on the day600+ guestsBeautiful scenery, I didn't even know this kind of stuff existed in Rochester at all!Friendly guys that run everything at a very secure location!Would strongly recommend this to anyone out there, Nav was a great individual to work and coordinate with, always willing to go the extra mile. Had my wedding reception here just four weeks ago (end of May 2013) weather was fantastic luckily and the event ran smoothly! they are very flexible!Cheers guys! More...

We used the Riverview for my Uncle's 50th Birthday, we wanted a private party that was away from the busy corners of Kent and The Riverview Manor was perfect! Naveed is a very understanding land owner, he was very flexible with how we wanted the layout to look like and were given the permission to use my own preferred caterers and firework display!The venue is amazing! The River in its' natural form sets a really serene view which matched the happines my family and friends had using The Riverview Manor as THE best open venue in Kent. Enjoyed every minute and will definately use their services for my Charity event in October. More...

To be able to offer a service and to be able to put at ease the concerns clients have.
Then to see the happy and appreciative smiles at the end of the event.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My own daughters got married in a hired a marquee in our grounds. That was the inspiration to offer many other brides the facility of a friendly no pressure yet impressive venue.
Why should our clients choose you?
The freedom to choose to decorate the marquee. The access to the marquee up to 3 days prior for decorations (with family and friends).
The freedom to have your own caterers and drinks arrangement.
