If you're seriously looking to get into shape and lose weight, but can't find the motivation you need Ben Tyree and the rest of the training group in your life! I love training at the Nyack facility on Main Street and I also take boxing classes at their new Battle Fit facility on Rt 59. Ben constantly motivates me to workout and in less than 3 months I've already seen a huge difference in my body. I highly recommend. More...

I've been training with Ben for about 8 months now and have seen and felt so many positive changes. I feel stronger and leaner than ever before. I stopped working out over the past few years because I have vertigo, and as a result felt very unhealthy because I didn't exercise.. So happy I met Ben and started training at Rivertiwns Peraonal Training! Ben helped to tailor exercises to work through the vertigo. I've been coming to work out with Ben for 3 years now. I practically crawled into the training center because I had become physically unable to move as a result of extensive spinal osteoarthritis of the neck and spine. I had lost so much mobility and flexibility and moved in excruciating pain. I even considered giving up my colonial home for a one level ranch. I could not handle the steps. Ben and I embarked on a journey to build my muscular frame to help support the affected areas, strengthen my core, increase my mobility and reduce the pain. Keeping consistency and commitment to my improvement has been key. Today, I am fit, dropped 20 pounds and can move without pain. I can go on my favorite cruising activities and I am not limited in the amount of walking and hiking I can do! I have been working with Ben at Rivertowns Personal Training Company for the last month and have loved it! I always leave his workouts with more energy than I started - even at the end of a long workday. Even though its only been a month I have already lost 8 inches off my frame and I cant wait to see where the next month takes me. The gym itself is very friendly - all the trainers are enthusiastic and supportive of you whether you are their client or not making the atmosphere very welcoming even if you are a beginner. In the six months that I've worked out with Ben, I've discovered that small group training is a great complement to my old fitness routine of walking and yoga. Real improvement in my muscle strength and tone is the payoff for a relatively small weekly time commitment. The circuits are challenging, but Ben keeps the group energy up with genuine encouragement and a sense of humor. I never expected to laugh through so much sweat! More...

I started doing personal training with George 6 months ago coming off a 3 month period of rehab from knee surgery. I had a long way to recovery and getting back into workout routine and rhythm.George really worked well with me and crafted a sensible, practical plan to fitness for me to build up strength and endurance overtime. Recently, and additionally, he started training me on boxing fundamentals to enhance and compliment the workout regimen he started me on 6 months ago.I highly recommend George for his expertise, dedication, constant desire and commitment in helping his clients live a healthy lifestyle.
