Visiting from Minnesota, my friends and I wanted a Texas experience, and that meant horseback riding! There were a lot of options to choose from, so we checked reviews and decided on Texas Horse Park. Thank goodness we did! Shane and Chris gave us the best riding experience!! The horses were spirited, the trails were beautiful, and our instructors were so friendly and informative! They made us feel like cowgirls for a day, teaching us about the horses and the local community. I cannot recommend them enough! More...

My son's first time on a horse was today we showed up and they squeezed us in. The lady in the office (I'm so sorry I forgot her name) not only got us in but was sooooooo sweet. We go outside and meet Chris, one of the teachers and hands around the stalls. He got my son on the horse and comfortable enough where he could stop the horse and turn him. He added his own flare by telling us a little about what they do at the farm and took my son to see the rest of the horses and the little dog. We checked out RR today on the 3rd Thursday of the month. It was my 3yo son’s first time riding a horse. The whole experience was fantastic and it’s so nice they do this once a month free to the community. Chris helped my son on the horse twice - he was so patient and encouraging to a little boy who was at first afraid. Thank you Chris and everyone else at RR for giving my son and I such a wonderful and memorable experience! More...

Well my friend is at work so I decided to look around Dallas, Texas to find something to do and I came across River Ranch a place you can go horse back riding and I love horses so much so I decided to call and set up a time where I could ride with a trail guide!
My trial guide’s name was Chris and Brianna and they were so friendly and very educational about the trail I learned a lot of neat things I didn’t know before this experience! My horses name was Shelby and she was so gentle and awesome I really recommend this place if you haven’t tried it out it’s definitely worth your time and money! The trials are beautiful and there are a lot of good opportunities to take awesome

My daughter had a spur of the moment birthday party that almost didnt happen! im so impressed with how the staff helped me pull it all off! they were wonderful, I called so many times and they were always kind and nice! Going on a trail ride here was a delight! My fiancé and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I was having trouble initially setting up an appointment in time for us to go before our Groupon expired (there was some miscommunication) but Beth worked so nicely with me to make sure we got our trail ride in when my fiancé was here from out-of-city.
