I had the honor of working with Paul, Megan, and Callie to make my wedding weekend perfect! Megan even drove all the way to the center and hand delivered my veil to my salon because I had forgotten it:) these 3 really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect!

Our original wedding plans had to be altered due to rain two days before the ceremony. Luckily, River Prairie Center was available and were so accommodating! The venue is beautiful and they did such a great job getting everything together in such a short amount of time. We could not have asked for a better time! The River Prairie Center is no doubt a beautiful facility, but perhaps the best thing about the venue is the attentive team they have working behind the scenes.

Kirsten was a pleasure to work with and helped me build the perfect event from start to finish. She was mindful of our budget and never balked at my ever-changing numbers and set up requests, each time sending me an updated detailed contract so expectations were clear.

Mary was a delight to have on site during the event, along with her team of servers. Mary checked in with me numerous times making sure our needs were being met and also sprang into action to accommodate walk-in guests who were not accounted for on our original seating chart.

We finally used the splash pad last night. What a wonderful park and area. Loved the seating near the splash pad. Could use a couple more table and chairs but very nice. I noticed a sign for the restrooms but would be wonderful to put restrooms near the splash pad/kids area. We weren't sure if it was ok to go and play in the man made river or creek? Not sure if you want to put signs up if we are not to swim or go in there. My husband said some rocks were slippery and didn't want anyone to get hurt. Overall, we will be back. More...

Wonderful venue and perfect place to host my daughter’s wedding. Kirsten is amazing to work with and she has the experience and background to cover every detail from start to finish. The entire staff is very attentive to all of your needs and those can be last second, especially with the weather. During the toast, the bride and groom ran out of champagne- they noticed and brought them the bottle to refresh their glasses. They are “yes - we can do that” people and not afraid to try new things. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful venue to get married in! I felt so lucky when I found out about this new, affordable, and accommodating place. Kirsten was wonderful to work with and answered all my question throughout the whole process, and Callie was very attentive and helpful on our wedding day. We ended up having to bring our ceremony inside, and I hadn't even had a chance to see how they set it up, before walking down the aisle. It was very beautiful in there, and we got some gorgeous photos with the fire place as the back drop. We also had a lot of great compliments on the food and bartenders. My fiance and I toured here for a wedding venue. This place is absolutely gorgeous, offering beautiful outdoor gardens, a small man made creek, a beautiful amphitheater, and much more. The main center is where we booked for our 2019 reception to take place. The inside is stunning. The wooden rafters along the middle of the main hall give the room a very grandiose feel, and what's more is that their very tasteful bar, also has a door to open up to an outside patio area where guests can enjoy cocktails outside by their gas fireplaces. Kirsten has been wonderful to work with so far as well! All in all a wonderful option for anyone looking for an elegant wedding site without the terrible cost that comes with some of the fancier "destination" spots.

Nice venue, wonderful staff. They ran out of beers while we were there for the wedding reception. They had an outdoor patio off of the bar although it was too cold to use while we were there. Hand driers seemed a little slow. Overall nice place. More...
