I originally booked another party bus service 2 months in advance but received a call two weeks before our scheduled date that the company had given our bus away because someone else needed our date and they could pay in full (even after I paid a deposit). I was in the hospital at the time so I scrambled looking for another party bus rental for my best friends bachelorette party! Came across River Oaks Limos and they were amazing! Excellent customer service, bus was on time in great condition, and our driver was extremely courteous. Overall, this was a five star experience and I'm actually happy that a previous negative experience led us to book River Oaks Limos... Excellent Service! We were impressed that despite a five hour delay with our return flight our driver was waiting for us at baggage claim. It is expected for a service to be competent when things go according to plan, but when things are thrown off track it displays how valuable they are in the most difficult of situations. We truly appreciate having someone there at 12 am when our flight was scheduled to arrive at 7 pm. The communication was direct from the outset. I really enjoyed my experience with River Oaks Limousine from the get go. I requested an online quote and was replied to super quickly via email (such a pleasant surprise! ) I was flying in from Dallas to Houston and wanted a car there right away as soon as i got out of the airport as I had an event to go to ASAP. The driver was on time and very professional. The SUV was beautiful and clean. I look forward to seeing the sedan next time I'm in town. Super accommodating with multiple transportation needs. Initially had some issues getting in contact with someone there but persistence paid off and I had a great experience using them with prompt and courteous drivers who kept us on our timeline for a great deal.

River oaks limo really took the lead with the limo. We searched high & low and in the end, we felt the most comfortable with river oaks limo. The limo ride was one of my highlights as crazy as it sounds. we hooked up the stretches w/booze..lots of booze! Our BP was having a great time! Almost ½ of the BP was wasted BEFORE cocktail hr! I laughed! the driver said it’s a sign of a great party! One of the GM could not even walk in for the intro & we lost another 2 more around dinner time. Personally – I got a kick out of it. But..back to the limo, the ride is so much fun. Nobody talks about the limo ride. Can I just tell you – going to the church & after the church its like the road opened up for us. People were driving by waiving, hocking, giving us thumbs up. It was a blast. Going to the church, I was with my brother & mother – both were giving me away! We saw my brother waving back & doing the Pope wave. It was hysterical! The driver just laughed & totally blended in w/my crazy family. Then on the way to Lamberts Castle the people were yelling out the windows to the limo & I wishing us well, beeping & blowing kisses. It was theeee best ride of my life! The driver said its like that for every wedding. We had a blast. Also, I gotta tell you, since our priest ran late the driver was all over it. The man kept me calm the entire time. When nobody was giving me answers he went & got me the answers. He kept fixing my train & just a great guy! Also, at Lamberts’ Castle when we arrived he asked if it was ok if he goes like 5 min down the road to fill up the rolls w/gas. I thought that was great customer svc. The biggest thing of all – even though we ran late w/the church the man got us to cocktail hour ON TIME! That was huge. He told us not to worry. He kept tabs on the traffic for us & got us there & didn’t miss a beat! HIGHLY recommend them! More...

My wedding was picture perfect with a beautiful limo. Driver was well dressed and very helpful with my bride and made sure her dress never got dirty getting in and out of the limo.
