They literally did an AMAZING JOB!!! I live in Florida and my daughter goes to WSU. I found them on Google and they were sooo helpful. .... I believe it was sami who helped me customize my cupcakes and add a balloon. I will be forever grateful and the prices were so good!! Sorry for the long post but I have to explain in detail our experience. My daughter who is away at college placed an order online well in advance (10 days prior) for her boyfriends 20th B-day. She wanted him to receive something sweet (chocolate covered strawberries) ON his Birthday since she wasn't going to be there with him personally. I called my daughter and asked her how he liked his surprise and she told me that because of the holidays (Thanksgiving) he wasn't going to receive it today on his birthday because they didn't ship until yesterday. She called and spoke to the owner, Kelly and that's what she told her. He'd be receiving them the day after. She sincerely apologized. I felt that was unacceptable and she needed to be compensated somehow for this mishap. So I called and spoke to Kelly, and she agreed it was an oversight on their part with the shipping timing due to the holidays. The most important outcome is she wanted to make it right. She kindly offered to make some phone calls and find a place near my daughters boyfriends home for a same day delivery of sweet treats and included my daughters original message with it and added....Happy Birthday, more to come! (at the end of her message) as he would be receiving her original order today). The irony of this story, is Kelly, the owner, couldn't have picked a better place to make up for the time mishap on their delivery. She picked a place that my daughters boyfriend frequented as a child with his grandmother during his childhood. That was such a fitting and perfect surprise! So even though, the order was coming a day late, Sweetly Scrumptious did everything they could to make us happy! They earned our respect as a customer and we will definitely be giving them our business in the future! Thank you so much Kelly for making my daughters boyfriends Birthday one to remember in spite of the mishap. He loved the sweet treats and I'm sure today when he receives your delivery, it will be the icing on the cake!!!! More...

I ordered desserts for our "red" themed teacher appreciation day at school. Sweetly Scrumptious went above and beyond delivering red velvet cookies and cupcakes to the school. The teachers and staff raved about how amazing they were! I even had a staff member tell me she doesn't really care for red velvet but these were absolutely lovely and she didn't eat just one but two!!
