My mother receives care from Rivendell and we are so happy with the service. Mum has a team of trained care workers who greet her with a smile and brighten up her day. They use great technology to keep us up to date with whats going on and notes are updated in real time. Rivendell did what I thought was impossible! We needed to organise care the last minute as my father's care agency did not have enough staff to help him while I had to attend a last minute business trip. We called at 9am and managed to get the care to start 24 hours later. The company even gave me a choice of carers that matched my father's needs. The agency has provided outstanding care and have been really flexible. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone that is in need of a reliable home care agency. More...
