Needed a last minute party bus. The company sent us a shuttle limo bus. Was really confused about what that is. They do have a bad review of someone saying the bus was a “handy dart. ” When it showed up it’s a big bus couldn’t tell it was a shuttle from the outside looked like a party bus to us. Never had a chance to use the company. Just wanted to say I respect the honesty. I guess the company had their buses in for inspections and was not taking bookings because of it. Sam was straight forward and honest. Didn’t want to leave us stranded or stressed out last minute. I did see the news about the party buses inspections and rule changes. It was nice to see that they followed up with us after the inspections were done. It’s a shame that they couldn’t have inspections done after the holiday season. More...

I can't speak more highly of the party bus and the service that we received. Right from the beginning the owner was incredibly prompt and helpful with his responses. He contacted me the day before our reservation just to reconfirm everything and to give me the driver's name. Our driver Jay called on the day of our reservation to verify pick up address and time. The party bus was absolutely fantastic and Jay was perfect. He was incredibly friendly and helped us with the Bluetooth radio setup. I have used Ritz Limousine on a few occasions since I used them in the summer of 2018. Very impressed with the prompt and courteous service. The drivers are very professional and friendly. We were picked up from Vancouver Airport and were headed to Whistler! On the way to Whistler the driver took is to the Sea to Sky Gondola, Britannia Mine and also stopped at Shannon Falls! A week later we arranged for them to take us on a Vancouver Sightseeing trip also including the Capilano Suspension Bridge and the Salmon Hatchery. The limos are spotless! More...

Man it was good times. I travel from Korea to Vancouver from time to time, and Ritz has always been there to pick me up from the airport and drop me off at my destination. This review is about a wedding that I attended in Vancouver. Ritz was there with me from start to finish. The chauffeur drove at a safe pace and made sure I was comfortable at all times. They then picked up my friends and took us to and from the wedding. The chauffeur waited for us and made sure that our things in the limo were safe. They were very knowledgeable of the area and were communicating to us which roads they were going to take. Booked a party bus for a couple hours tonight. Amazing price! The bus was in my honest opinion way nicer than what we were using before. We used another company for a long time before today. Really clean inside garbage was empty, seats not sticky, bars clean, stereo was loud, had ice and water didn't really need but was there. Had a little difficulty connecting to Bluetooth but the driver helped us with the aux wire. My group was impressed. I was asked to leave a review by the driver. I have no real complaints, seen some negative reviews but so far so good for me. Will make updates to this review after my next booking (going to a concert) if needed. More...

If I can give them 6 stars I would. We had multiple cars booked; 2 busses and a stretch. I was quoted a price that was about the average quote I was getting, but what got me was when I was asked to come view the vehicles. No other company asked me to have a look. So I started to request to see the vehicles from a few company's I had gotten quotes from. 2 company's said no and 3 others allowed me to view. By far Ritz was honest about the seating capacity and size of the busses, the stretch SUV was the same. The day of service we got a phone call from the chauffeurs which was nice. All three vehicles were stocked with ice and water which was nice for a extremely hot day. The chauffeur I was with did a fantastic job; professional, polite, and courteous. For my future events I will book with RITZ again and definitely recommend them for anyone looking for good rate, great cars, and service. More...

This review is long overdue, the Staff and Drivers at Ritz limousine took great care of us and our guests we were married in August of 2016 the weather was hot and all my guest were from out of province so we hired the bus to transfer our guest from the hotel to the church and back to the hotel for the reception. For ourselves we had the classic car and Driver he made us feel like royalty. We always recommend Ritz Limousine to all of our friends and family .

New Client and First Time Experience: I spoke with Sam basically throughout the entire process for my event. His customer relationship skills are top notch and I really appreciated the one on one customer feel you provided for me. I myself have worked customer service for years and it's always great to chat with someone who has the same kind of attitude. It 100% seals the deal. I was so impressed with how we worked out plans for my transportation on the phone call, that before I had even had my event, or seen our ride, I was already bragging about this company lol Great Job. Finally our bus arrives and it's a gorgeous, white, 30 passenger limo bus, absolutely blown away and so were all my guests!
