What do you love most about your job?
I love empowering people and helping them find/build on their strengths and helping them accomplish their wellness goals
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working for large organizations that evaluate success on quantity rather than the quality of treatment provided caused me to feel as if I was doing a disservice to my clients. These agencies also did not properly match the clients with therapists whom they could relate to or who were skilled to address their individual needs. Hence, I started my own practice to have the freedom to provide quality therapeutic services to ensure my clients get what they need to Rise up and achieve all the goals they set for themselves.

I am very relatable, knowledgeable, resourceful, and passionate about the work I do. I do not use a cookie-cutter approach to treatment and am able to adapt to each of my client's individual needs to best support them in their journey to healing.
Individual Counseling
Provide counseling services to individuals in the state of North Carolina who struggle with symptoms such as depression, anxiety, and chemical addiction. Utilize CBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, strengths, solution-focused, and person-centered treatment approaches. Teach effective coping strategies and provide resources to help individuals overcome challenges that may prevent them from reaching their highest potential.
