Everyone has mental health and should be able to improve it and fortify it.

RiseGroup is the first of its kind. We do not focus on treating illness, like the vast majority of the mental health system. We are a group fitness class for your mind.

By participating in RiseGroup, you are taking an active role in your mental fitness and hygiene. You are fighting stigma and discrimination by acknowledging that everyone has mental health.

RiseGroup provides a safe space and structure to work on mental health.

By sharing mental health goals and struggles with a confidential group of like-minded individuals, you will learn new ways to process and overcome everyday struggles and increase your mental fitness.

No prior experience necessary! Wherever you are in your mental health and fitness journey, you are not alone.

03 / Considerations
RiseGroup is an investment, and focused on sharing.

Each RiseGroup meets weekly for one month via videochat and is an investment of $10 per week. If you need assistance in payments, please let us know.

RiseGroup is not a substitute for professional mental illness treatment, but it may complement your existing plan. Talk with your therapist or an MHM-Trained Facilitator if you have questions.
