Our one off cleaning service is suitable for all customers who do not require cleaning on regular basis. We can provide all the necessary cleaning materials if requested.

We can also offer bookings for Letting Agents who work with short-term lets as well as longer term arrangements.

What do we require from you for the End of Tenancy Clean?

Electricity is essential so that we can use our Hoovers, Carpet Cleaning Machine and other equipment.

Hot water speeds up the cleaning process, so if this can be put on/made available before we arrive it would be very helpful.

Parking Permits must be supplied if there are controlled parking zones.

Parking Space is required and will need to be provided if roadside parking is not an option. Please bare in mind some of our equipment is very heavy, therefore we can’t park too far away!

​If you are not available to meet us at the property, we can collect keys from your Landlord or Agent. This is a chargeable service, we will give you a price for this service when booking your clean in.

Upon contacting us we will either work out a price from the information that you have given us or we may request a site visit to work out an estimate for you. Our price will include labour, supply of cleaning products, materials & equipment, insurance; mileage £5 - £10 per day trip, subject to location.
