The quality, unique designs and never fail to get a "wow!" from everyone who sees their arrangements is what keeps me as a dedicated customer. First time visitor (today) - Flower shops are mostly similar but RION is a also a coffee shop and has a good selection of plants as well as stemmed-flowers. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in. I was even taken inside the cooler to view all of their flowers and the rep ultimately allowed me to 'name a price' and she would customize the flower arrangement. As a non-flower specialist, aka a man, I was very happy to be able to name my price and walk out with something great. I met the owner of the store and she upgraded (really upgraded) my purchase as a first time customer and even gave me a high-five! She said I was in the right spot at the right time!
