Rinu Mathew

Have work experience as marketing executive and delegate coordinator at NHRDN (National Human Resource Development Network), has been the research associate and training partner at Alchemy Career Solution Pvt Ltd. and worked as a workshop facilitator at Career Craft Foundation. These different roles involved facilitating and taking part in several conferences and workshops, assisting in recruitment, training and developing programs preparing candidates for job and the like.

Have worked with a project management team introducing an ERP system into a small scale manufacturing firm to facilitate its growth and integration. Having to deal with developing a project plan taking into account time cost and resource allocation in the best feasible way by application of several project management tools, the project plan was assessed and approved by the standards of PRINCE2 by LJMU assessment board.

As part of my MBA Thesis requirement I have undertaken a research on the topic of impact of information technology on human resource management. In the research I have adopted a qualitative preference but being flexible enough mix quantitative methodology where relevant. This research process has familiarised me with various online databases and software packages such as Nvivo and SPSS to enhance my skill in the basics of social research.

Theoretical knowledge in business analysis tools and models and applicable experience of them in working environment. As part of assessment I have worked on two projects: one a case study on Google Nexus mobile devices assessing their market competition and growth potential using various analytical tools and another project assessing a manufacturing company for business process re-engineering.

Has passion towards poetry and story writing... aspiring to become a writer and publish books in the future. I have no prior professional experience writing but scribe my interest and thoughts in my personnel time. Please do get in touch with me to see any of my personal work.
