I have been in therapy most of my adult life. For 30 yrs my experiences where never truly bad but I really never felt I was healing. There was something In me letting me know that I wasn't getting what I needed to heal. Again and again I didn't listen to my precious spirit that was telling me diffetent. When I was finally, I guess you could say in enough pain suicidal thoughts extremely dependent on others full of drama and cauois, I reached out to utube and listen to this amazing story from a woman (Rinda Smith) being raised in an a sick dysfunctional family with parents that were emotionally, and spiritually empty that couldn't and didn't meet her needs as a child and where she is now helping others heal. I completely connected with her story something happened to me that day I can't truly explain it but it was surreal. Just watching her video I felt safe. something I truly have never felt before. There are no words that can explain what she has done for me I am healing and feeling and going through this journey with her guidance and wisdom she is truly a god sent. I found Rinda during a very dark time. I had been in counseling off and on for several decades. I was in a very deep dark place and wasn't making any progress with the counselor I was seeing. I happened upon some you tube videos. I sent an email to Rinda and got a response that evening. She helped me get through a very tough time. This is a journey, not a quick fix. Thank you for the invite , im in recovery from a drug addiction and have been clean now 8 mths as of the 23rd of this month and in my time here ive also been working on other things about myself that needed helping and ive become able to love myself to be able to love life more and enjoy it living happily and to the fullest one day at a time not missing a moment in thanking God for his blessing me in answering not just my prayers but those of who love me that also prayed for me for the fact of how much they actually do care and really do love me enough that they also hurt to see me out living the lifestyle that had taken me for a downward spiral landing me on my tail causing me to loose everything not once but even 3 times including a group of evil game members setting my car up so that it would blaze up in flames when the starter ignited and it did just that with me and my 14 year old daughter , 2 dogs and everything that I had collected back up to start up in collecting me more cloths shoes hygiene products a few personal items and some other things that was very important to me so the only other thing other than me my baby girl my 2 dogs that made it from that loss of my car that I had only purchased 5 mths earlier in 2017 was a Jesus Calling Devotional Study Bible 365 day that I had hid away in my trunk in a toboggan so that it would not get dirty , wet or torn up and everything else along with my car was a total loss so with the car being my home at the time I became homeless with 2 dogs and once again not a stitch of clothing and im still working on getting the wardrobe, shoes , under garments , hygiene products and other stuff built back up since im very limited on cloths as ive gained weight from 98 lbs from when I first got here up to now 143 lbs and everything that was donated to me has started to small out on me , the shoes are worn out and my hygiene products are running out but since ive moved from inpatient to outpatient i have only been able to work a babysitting job that is easy to work around my schedule of NA group classes , Therapy, Counseling and one on one Drug Counseling plus ive been having dental work done that has been going on for the last 12 weeks now since im a free bleeder they can only pull 2 teeth at a tine but the point is ive also went through a rough child hood , a abusive marriage and a few other abusive relationships and im very blessed to get the invite to this group because I think its gonna be good to help with my already great progress that ive worked so hard to overcome in letting so much of whats been holding me back go making me a much healthier and happier more loving person and has really given me the ability to appreciate and love life so much more than I ever have so thank u for the incite and I'll be recommending it to others the same as me maybe and if anything I would love to help make a chamge in the lives of others who are struggling with childhood abuse PTSD which like myself has led to drug addiction ! ! What do you love most about your job?
I love the variety of people I work with and being able to assist them on their life path. It is special when someone invites you into their life to accompany them on their healing journey.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The pure enjoyment of being able to help others. I also like to be able to set my won schedule :)
Why should our clients choose you?
I offer a unique way to help others see what is at the root of the issue rather than offering a band-aid to cover the wound.
