I always leave the salon feeling so refreshed and more then satisfied with the results! No matter the color, cut, and look I ask for, Jessica talks me through the process and always does an AMAZING job! I feel comfortable and welcome the second I walk in the door by her friendly staff and laid back environment. Jess washed, cut and styled my hair and then also did a fabulous job with my makeup (lashes included!) for a family photo shoot I had. It's hard to love the way you look when you are 9 months pregnant but she managed to make me feel great and not petrified but excited to have photos taken. The salon is clean and newly renovated. I was consistently going to another salon for a few years until my schedule didn't work with my stylist anymore. I reached out for recommendations and numerous people recommended Anna at Rinnovo, and I'm so happy that they did. Before I even scheduled an appointment I bombarded Anna with questions which were all answered professionally. I expressed to her how nervous I was to find a new stylist that would give me the right cut and color I was looking for. She more than reassured me. I can’t say enough positive things about Jess and the rest of the staff there! I bring my young kids for haircuts— one is a very active, less than cooperative toddler — and she is so patient, kind and good with him. Jessica has been my stylist for almost 7 years now. She not only knew from the start how to put life back into my super thin hair, but also exactly what would make me look and feel beautiful from day 1! She is a fantastic stylist, knowing better than I do what changes we should do to freshen up my look. I put total faith in her hands and I am never disappointed. Beyond hair, she is a great friend. After much searching word of mouth landed me with Rinnovo Salon for my wedding hair and make up. Owner and stylist Jessica Waitt from day one never let me down even keeping the salon open during a snow storm for my hair and make-up trial. She never rushed, always making me feel like I was a priority. My wedding plans were ever changing and she always maintained in good communication with me. Jessica, along with her assistants helped prepare myself and my bridesmaids, mother of the groom and flower girls get off to a good wedding morning. They arrived to the hotel promptly and well prepared. They remained calm when some of the girls scheduled to get ready were… difficult to find. (*sigh*). Everyone was very pleased with their do’s and the make-up was nice. I’m not certain my wedding hair looked like my inspiration photo, or the trial, however I have very difficult thin hair and Jessica even went the extra mile to find and dye extensions to help create a beautiful up do. I love Rinnovo, I feel like I am going to spend time with friends when I go to get my hair done. Anna is my stylist and she always gives me exactly what I am looking for. We work together in getting a style that is realistic for my hair which is very thick and has natural curl and my face structure. Anna takes the time to make sure I look my best. I went to Rinnovo for the first time yesterday, but I can confidently say I've found my go-to salon - thank goodness! The second I arrived, I was instantly and seriously impressed. Not only is it a beautiful space, but you can tell by the way Jessica and her staff interact with clients and each other that they truly love what they do.Here's a little history...I had gone to a different salon for a haircut about a month ago, hated everything about it and it only got worse, week after week. Seriously, I haven't had a haircut this bad - ever. So, I reached out and gave Jess a heads up about the mess I'd be bringing in and not only did she seem up for the challenge, she seemed excited about it! After assessing the situation, she worked her magic and completely changed how I look and feel! I have a whole new appreciation for the art and science that goes into hair after this experience and I cannot recommend Rinnovo enough. Love this place! I went to see Jess a year or two ago for a consultation. My hair was just so stuck in a rut. She really listened to my grand aspirations, tolerated when I brought in pictures of Adele and other celebrities who's hair I lusted after, and ultimately made me look better than I ever have. I call Jess my follicle wonder woman, but I'm confident that if she weren't available I'd entrust any of the other stylists at Rinnovo with my hair. They are all professional and skilled. On top of that, they're super nice and really take the time to get to know you. If you're a talker, cool. If you're not, they pick up on that too and just let you enjoy your me-time of getting beautified. When I walk in the door, it's like seeing old friends. I cannot recommend this salon more highly.
