I built Forward on a foundation of perseverance, opportunity, and hope for the future.
Founded by Eddie and Giorgio Mihaila — who immigrated to America with their family in 1987 — Forward is designed to help others maximize the value of their workdays so that they can better honor the value of their time spent at home. With a work ethic carved from the perseverance of their hard-working, determined family, the Mihala brothers made a promise to themselves to tackle any obstacle they encountered, no matter the challenge. Their journeys into business ownership grew and became intertwined with fatherhood and family. This transition highlighted the importance of a treasured home life, and sparked the inspiration to found Forward.
