We bought our wedding rings from here and could not be happier with the service. Having never worn any rings (and not having an engagement ring) meant we didn't know where to begin and had no idea what style we would like/ what the options were and so on. The staff in RING were so helpful on all our visits- the first one where we took ages to look through styles, the second one where we finally chose and ordered them, the third time when we picked them up and then the most recent visit where we had to have a slight size adjustment. I got in touch with Stuart at RING as I had a ruby and diamond ring in yellow gold which my nan gave me for my 21st. It has huge sentimental value to me but as I don’t wear yellow gold I wanted it changing into something I would wear. Everyone at RING from start to finish have been absolutely amazing. The advice I was given and the guidance throughout was second to none. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The ring looks amazing and I know that my nan would be proud of how it’s turned out. I have her with me all the time now and that’s all down to everyone at RING. Their guidance and expertise is outstanding. I cannot praise these jewellers highly enough. I had a gold and diamond tennis bracelet that I never wore and some other gold bits. Out of these they have made me a beautiful new wedding and eternity ring. Also had my old fashioned sapphire and diamond remodelled to a more up to date design. I have just received my new remodelled jewellery and I am absolutely delighted. Cannot fault RING at all. I am absolutely chuffed to bits with my wedding ring. I hadn't set out for a bespoke design; I had what I thought was a relatively simple design in my head; a horizontal channel set baguette band but just couldn't find quite the right thing anywhere. When I asked if RING had anything similar, they suggested they could make it for me. I was a little worried about the price for a bespoke ring rather than off the shelf but they turned out to be cheaper than what I had seen elsewhere and I was getting EXACTLY what I wanted. RING suggested a few ideas to consider, including matching the sizing and setting to my engagement ring. They were completely open about the build up in the price, what different materials would cost and giving me options to suit my budget. There was absolutely no pressure and I left feeling absolutely confident in my purchase. I was right to be. I actually live in Herefordshire and happened to be in Brighton visiting for the weekend, so the finished product was then posted to me, all pre-arranged as next day delivery at a day and address to suit me. The finish on the ring is better than I imagined and it pairs with my engagement ring as though they were bought as a set. I will be recommending RING to friends and family and will no doubt be back when I decide to buy another piece of jewellery. More...

5 stars doesn’t do Ring and it’s staff justice. Having lost my wedding ring they worked tirelessly to get me an exact replacement. Their communication was first class and their compassion for my loss was reflected in a small discount, a really nice touch! Just received my wedding ring that was made to replace the one I lost, the ring is absolutely perfect, the finish is faultless and it fits perfectly. From my first call to the shop, to having it fitted the staff have been great, friendly, professional and offering well thought out advice. I knew exactly what I wanted and they explained what would and wouldn’t work, listening to my requests and making sure the finished result was what I had in mind. You can buy a wedding band in just about any jewellers or for the same cost you can get one made by Ring that will fit perfectly and include those little details that make it special. You spend a lot of money on a wedding the ring is the part you’ll have with you long after the day so it’s worth getting one that means as much as possible.

Don't think we've got around to writing a review yet, should have done it months ago! My husband had my wedding ring made here. To say it's unique is an understatement! It's perfect and very special to us, so much so that we went back and had a matching one made for him too. What makes them so special is that they each contain a tiny sliver of metal from our cars, the cars being the reason we met in the first place. We had our wedding bands made here and they were beautifully made to order based on their unique designs. I then had my engagement ring melted down and completely re made here after the original design (made by a jeweller in Hatton gardens) was found to be defective. They did an incredible job. I have also had other jewellery remade here and have recommended to friends and family who have also had jewellery made or remodelled here. Ring jewellers were recommended to us, we visited them from Essex. Stuart has a wealth of knowledge and himself & his staff are very friendly, professional and very helpful.
My wife is very happy with the rings he made for her, the quality and design, they are simply stunning.

Had a weekend away in Brighton and came upon the Ring jewellers, we went in to have a look round and found the perfect style of ring for us. the customer service was fantastic and they did a great deal for us on both rings, as we live 5 hours away nothing was too much effort for them to make sure the rings where the correct sizes and the end product is stunning.
Would highly recommend them for any jewellery.

Love this shop! All staff are very helpful and not pressurising at all.
Just received my husband's wedding ring in the mail (sent out free of charge and next day past as we could not get to the shop to collect) I am so in love with it and the engraving is perfect! ! Great service received throughout and they kept in touch throughout the process of the ring being made.
