We had our windows cleaned for the first time today, and Rigdon did a fantastic job. The tech explained the process before starting, and the windows look great - particularly a couple tall windows that I couldn't reach with a typical ladder. Our tech also said he could remove the window screens for a 2$ charge, which is well worth it in my opinion.We will be using them annually in the future. More...

Based on a neighbor's recommendation, I had Rigdon come out for the first time last year, when I realized that I hadn't cleaned the exterior upper level windows for. ..about 14 years.  So there's that.  The price seemed very reasonable.  They finished within an hour (34 windows outside only) and I was seriously amazed at how nice the view from the upstairs was after the cleaning.  So, now I have them come twice a year.  They came today and the service has been consistently good.  The scheduling was easy. This was the first time we have had our windows cleaned so I can't accurately rate price for the service but my co-worker uses Rigdon twice a year to do her windows and she has been happy so when they ran a special last month we bought the offer.  The arrival window was 8-10am and they were here a little after 8.  One tackled outside and one inside then they both finished the outside.  We had 13 windows cleaned and they were gone by 10:15am.  I was happy with the price we paid, maybe wouldn't do it again if it weren't for the special but they did better than I could and most of all they were incredible friendly and professional.  I would say scoop up the deals they offer.  The do gutters and power wash your garage as well. I have used Rigdon twice now and have been very happy with their work. The first time they also cleaned my outside lights. A few days later I noticed a piece missing from one. They came right out and worked until they got it fixed.I'm not so sure it was even their fault.I noticed rust while we were in the process of fixing it. The second time it was just to clean the windows but I have 2 windows about 30ft.up that the guy couldn't get to.They sent Michael out a day or 2 later and cleaned those windows.He also told me they did screening so I had him take 1 with him.He brought it back the next day, put it in for me. They came out and cleaned just the outside of my windows, today. I had them do around 28-30 windows. They did an awesome job! The cost was only $89!

I cannot say enough good things about Rigdon. The entire experience from start to finish is amazing. The office staff is incredibly nice and very helpful, all the workers I've had come out always do a fantastic job and go above & beyond, and they even call to follow-up after the work is complete. They did everything that I asked them to do. They were about 2-3 hours late, which required me to leave before the outside windows were completely washed.
