Very prompt response to our request for assistance in relation to a printer issue. Ed was most helpful, and "operated" on our printer to fix the problem. Ed, of Ridea Technology, has baled me out on several occasions. On the most recent occasion, he diagnosed the hard drive needed replacing, and suggested fitting a solid state drive. This he did and re-installed Windows OS and software, decluttered, etc. When he returned the computer he re-connected the Wi-fi and the printer. All was done with great efficiency and expertise, and now it feels like I've got a brand new computer....and even better, at a fraction of the cost!! I recently had my laptop hacked.This was of some concern due to the personal information I had on it.I contacted Ed by phone and left a message. He returned the call the same evening and by 4.30pm the following day my laptop was usable again and cleaned of any viruses.Importantly he took the time to explain the hacking and the repair and this I found very reassuring.Furthermore his charge was very reasonable.I would certainly use his services again. Once again Ed from Ridea Technology has come to my rescue and sorted out my PC and I-pad problems. So grateful that I know someone I can trust in my hour of need. Ed responded immediately on contact and suggested a couple of ways that may have remedied the problem. When they didn't he gave me an appointment time within a couple of days when he would be available to call in. After finding the problem he went above and beyond to persuade BT to send me the latest router.
