Recently had a bad crash in which i was hit on the driver side and rear side of the car causing some very bad damage to my door, back quarter panel. Great set of guys. Nav was helpful and he provided me with the best quotation. The guys got the car done quick and it looked perfect. No complaints. Even corrected a fault on the car and charged no extra for it. Wicked set of people. Absolutely fantastic service.. My car (Zafira) had a yob drive into it. It was left in a extremely bad state. I called around and no one would commit to having it repaired within a week. With 2 children and only one car I needed the vehicle back as quick as possible. The guys at Ride had my car in tip top shape in 36 hours from taking delivery. The owner is an absolute gentlemen, he understood my position and went above and beyond to source the parts as quick and possible and had me back on the road in no time.I am appreciative of such great service. Liased with Naveed a week earlier to draw up a quote for a damaged bumper following a component theft on my vehicle. The process from start to finish was seamless. I had an excellent experience with ride repairs . I went in with my Audi Q3 S line. It required some body work . As it was an unusual colour. I thought they may not get it spot on . Nav assured me that everything would be fine. I gave the car in the morning and it was done by the evening . Excellent job and service . His father even got one of the lads to give the car a complementary car wash. I have had body work done before and I am a fussy guy but these guys done a brilliant job for a very reasonable price . I emailed Nav pictures of my car that I hit in a gate and he gave me a quote I called him on a Wednesday evening a week before Christmas as I saw the good comments and feedback others have left himHe offered to get the job done by the comming Saturday if I left the car with him on a Thursday morning I said that would be slightly inconvenient with work so he offered me to come to an address after working hours that very evening where he picked up my car and gave me his own car as a courtesy car I asked him to whatsapp me pictures of the job as he went along which he did every dayAnd there were no surprises on the collection day The rates were very well priced and the job was spectacular and the customer service was incredible I wish him all the best for the future and would really advise you guys to go for him if you want a decent job at a decent price with peace of mind

Referred a colleague for a repair job and he had some issues with the service. Good price and it looked good, but deducting a star because his experience was not as stellar and hassle-free as mine, which I take seriously because I feel responsible when I've recommended somewhere.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:

It can be really difficult to find a good garage - the right combination of competent, available and fairly priced is not always an easy one to find!

I had a bad start to the Friday of the bank holiday weekend when I heard the horrible sound of metal vs concrete as I turned a corner, and discovered I'd scraped and dented my poor car. I started to email and message around, trying to get quotes, with variable success. Ride Repairs had good reviews and are in the 21st century, allowing you to WhatsApp photos to them...which I took full advantage of.

Not only was Nav quick to respond, but he was also helpful - giving a quote and a bit of post trauma counselling, as well as sorting a time for repair that suited me and minimised disruption to my schedule. Everyone was friendly when I went to drop the car off a few days later, and when I went back later to pick it up. They did the repairs in the time they said they would, but obviously cut no corners because it is PERFECT. It's like the car vs wall incident never happened. It even came back cleaner - including the vacuuming that I had meant to do but didn't get around to.

So - superb work from nice people who did their very best to make it easy for me and not leave me carless for long, for a fair price. Couldn't be less than 5 stars. I'll be heading back for my MOT! More...

Gave my black Golf in Monday morning for a respray and got it back the next day. The colour matched up perfectly as they had to blend the paint over 2 panels. Great customer service, was made to feel welcome and any questions I had were answered with good knowledge. Five stars for customer service, attention to detail and advice. After taking some time to checkout a few car repair shops I came across Ride Repair and decided to take a drive to see what they had to say about the damage to the wing of my car. I was met by a guy named by Suk who inspected my car, took photo's, and explained that he would pass the info on to the manager, who in turn would give me a price. Speaking to Suk it is clear that there is a genuine interest on doing a good job, customer care and gathering feedback after the job. There were plenty of options offered following the initial contact, and although I didn't get the job done here (as I had limited time in Birmingham, living in the North West of England) I would not hesitate get a job done here.
